The Skyworks Si87xx series are pin-compatible, one-channel, open-collector output isolators designed as drop-in replacements for popular optocouplers. They offer superior performance, reliability, and flexibility with data rates up to 15 Mbps. Utilizing proprietary CMOS isolation technology, these devices provide low-power, high-speed operation and are resistant to the wear-out effects common in optocouplers, ensuring a longer service life and higher reliability.
