TLP358HF Photocoupler
The TLP358HF is a photocoupler in a DIP8 package featuring a GaAAs infrared LED optically coupled to an integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetector IC chip. It includes an internal Faraday shield for guaranteed common-mode transient immunity of 20 kV/s, making it ideal for IGBT and power MOSFET gate drive applications. The TLP358HF satisfies 8 mm PC board spacing requirements.
