Product Overview
The TLP5222 is a highly integrated, multi-functional gate driver photocoupler designed for isolated gate drive applications. It features a 2.5 A output current, long creepage and clearance SO16L package, and includes advanced functions such as desaturation detection, isolated FAULT status feedback, soft gate turn-off, active Miller clamp, under voltage lockout (UVLO), and automatic FAULT status reset. This device comprises two infrared LEDs and two high-gain, high-speed photodetector ICs, providing high current, high-speed output control and FAULT status feedback with excellent electrical isolation between primary and secondary sides.
