Product Overview
The TLP2168 is a photocoupler featuring GaAAs infrared LEDs optically coupled to a high-gain, high-speed photoreceptor chip. Designed for operation at up to 125C and on supplies from 2.7 V to 5.5 V, it offers two LED-photoreceptor pairs in an SO8 package to save board space. Its internal noise shield provides superior common-mode rejection for enhanced noise immunity. This inverter logic type device is suitable for applications requiring reliable signal isolation and high-speed data transfer.
