Product Overview
The Toshiba TLP2105 is a photocoupler featuring a high-output infrared LED coupled with a high-gain, high-speed photo detector. It offers two circuits in a single SO8 package, reducing mounting area. The detector includes a totem-pole output stage with current sourcing and sinking capabilities and an internal Faraday shield for high common-mode transient immunity (10 kV/s). An inverter output version, the TLP2108, is also available.
