Toshiba TLP105 Photo Coupler
The Toshiba TLP105 is a high-speed photo coupler featuring an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a high-gain, high-speed photodetector. Housed in a 6-pin MFSOP, it offers a totem-pole output capable of both sinking and sourcing current. Its internal Faraday shield provides a guaranteed common-mode transient immunity of 10 kV/s. The TLP105 has a non-inverting output, with an inverting-output version, the TLP108, also available. It is suitable for isolated bus drivers, high-speed line receivers, and microprocessor system interfaces.
