The TLP268J is a photocoupler featuring an infrared LED optically coupled to a zero-crossing photo triac. Housed in an SO6 package, it offers a creepage distance of 5.0 mm (min), clearance of 5.0 mm (min), and insulation thickness of 0.4 mm (min), meeting reinforced insulation class requirements of international safety standards. It is suitable for applications such as Triac Drivers, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), AC-Output Modules, and Solid-State Relays.
