The UMW MOC306x series devices are optocouplers featuring a GaAs infrared light-emitting diode and a random-phase, bidirectional thyristor (triac) on a single silicon chip. These devices offer high isolation voltage, zero-voltage crossing, and are available in a compact DIP package. They are compliant with RoHS standards and UL approved.
