The VOS628A series is an optocoupler featuring a GaAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor. Housed in a 4-pin SSOP-4 mini-flat package with a 50 mil lead pitch, it offers high current transfer ratio at low input current, low coupling capacitance, and high isolation voltage.
