SFH6156 Optocoupler
The SFH6156 is a high-reliability optocoupler featuring a phototransistor output, designed for signal transmission between electrically separated circuits. It offers excellent CTR linearity, low coupling capacitance, and a high isolation voltage of 5300 VRMS. The device utilizes a GaAs infrared diode emitter optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector, housed in a plastic SMD package.
