The CNY651 Series are high isolation voltage TH and SMD version optocouplers featuring a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode. Designed for applications requiring high safety and isolation, these optocouplers offer a distance between input and output of > 3 mm, meeting stringent safety requirements. They are compliant with DIN EN 60747-5-5 (VDE 0884-5) for electrical safety and are suitable for various industrial applications including solar and wind power equipment, welding equipment, high voltage motors, and switch-mode power supplies.
