Product Description
The SFH620A (DIP) and SFH6206 (SMD) optocouplers feature a GaAs infrared diode emitter optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector. They are designed for signal transmission between electrically separated circuits and offer a high current transfer ratio, low coupling capacitance, and high isolation voltage. These couplers are suitable for applications requiring signal transmission with electrical isolation and are end-stackable with 2.54 mm lead spacing. Option 6 provides creepage and clearance distances of over 8 mm, complying with IEC 60950 for reinforced insulation up to 400 VRMS or DC.
