The CNY6XST series optocouplers feature a phototransistor output and a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode, housed in a 4-pin plastic package. Designed for high safety requirements, these SMD components offer a distance between input and output exceeding 3 mm. They are suitable for applications demanding very high isolation voltage and creepage current resistance, performing safety functions according to VDE standards.
