The DSS12 thru DSS110 series are surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers designed for efficient power rectification. Featuring a metal silicon junction for majority carrier conduction, these rectifiers offer low power loss and high efficiency. They are suitable for applications requiring high forward surge current capability and are housed in a JEDEC SOD-123FL molded plastic body. These devices are ideal for general purpose rectification in various electronic applications.
