Low VF SMD Schottky Bridge Rectifiers offering reverse voltages from 20 to 100 Volts and a forward current of 2.0 Amp. These rectifiers feature a metal-semiconductor junction with guarding, very low forward voltage drop, epitaxial construction, and high current capability. Designed for surface mounted applications, they are suitable for low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection applications. The plastic material has a UL flammability classification 94V-0 and is halogen-free.
