The DDTC (R1R2 SERIES) CA is a series of NPN pre-biased small signal surface mount transistors designed for various electronic applications. These transistors feature epitaxial planar die construction and built-in biasing resistors (R1R2), simplifying circuit design. They are available with complementary PNP types (DDTA) and are manufactured to meet high reliability standards, including AEC-Q101 qualifications. These devices are also environmentally friendly, being totally lead-free, fully RoHS compliant, and halogen and antimony free ("Green" device).
