Low VF Schottky Bridge Rectifiers designed for low voltage, high efficiency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection applications. These rectifiers feature very low forward voltage drop and are built with metal semiconductor junctions with guard rings using silicon epitaxial planar chips. They come in a TO-269AA bridge package.
