The ABS22 THRU ABS210 series are glass passivated diode rectifiers offering high forward surge capability and low forward voltage drop. They are designed for applications requiring 200 to 1000 volts of reverse voltage and 2 amperes of forward current. These diodes are manufactured with glass passivated die construction and are guaranteed for high-temperature soldering at 260C for 10 seconds. Both the lead and body materials comply with RoHS standards, making them suitable for environmentally conscious designs.
