The FCX495 is a 150V NPN high-voltage transistor in a SOT89 package, offering a high continuous current of 1A and a low saturation voltage of less than 300mV at 0.5A. It is designed for low loss power switching applications and is available as a totally lead-free and fully RoHS compliant device. It is also Halogen and Antimony free, designated as a "Green" device.
