The SBR1045SP5 is a 10A Super Barrier Rectifier designed for high-reliability applications. It features Diodes Incorporated's patented Super Barrier Rectifier Technology (SBR), offering a low-forward voltage drop and excellent high-temperature stability. This device is particularly suited for SMPS, DC-DC converters, and freewheeling diodes, and is designed as bypass diodes for solar panels. It boasts a maximum junction temperature rating of +200C for enhanced thermal reliability.
