The DDC (XXXX) H series are NPN pre-biased small signal transistors designed for surface mount applications. These devices feature epitaxial planar die construction and complementary PNP types (DDA) are available. They include built-in biasing resistors, making them convenient for various electronic circuits. The transistors are also environmentally friendly, being totally lead-free, fully RoHS compliant, and halogen and antimony free ("Green" device).
