The DDTA (R1-ONLY SERIES) CA is a PNP pre-biased transistor in a SOT23 package. It features epitaxial planar die construction, complementary NPN types (DDTC) available, and built-in biasing resistors (R1 only). This device is totally lead-free, fully RoHS compliant, and halogen and antimony free, making it a "Green" device. It is suitable for automotive applications requiring specific change control, with parts qualified to AEC-Q100/101/200, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities.
