The DF005S DF10S series is a 1.0A surface-mount glass-passivated bridge rectifier designed for high current capability with a low forward voltage drop. These rectifiers offer surge overload ratings up to 50A peak and are suitable for surface-mount applications. They are UL listed and feature a lead-free, halogen- and antimony-free "Green" device construction.
