The GBU6005-GBU610 series are 6.0A glass-passivated bridge rectifiers designed for single-phase, 60Hz applications with resistive or inductive loads. They feature a molded plastic case with UL Flammability Classification Rating 94V-0 and plated leads solderable per MIL-STD-202, Method 208. These rectifiers are ideal for printed circuit board applications, offering high case dielectric strength, low reverse leakage current, and a surge overload rating to 175A peak. They are RoHS compliant with a lead-free finish.
