The 1N4001 to 1N4007 series, including 1N4007-13 and EM513 to EM518, are standard recovery rectifier diodes designed for 50/60 Hz mains rectification, power supplies, and polarity protection in commercial and industrial applications. These diodes offer a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) up to 2000 V and an average forward rectified current (IFAV) of 1 A. They are compliant with RoHS (excl. 7a), REACH, and Conflict Minerals regulations.
