T16M35T600B(LS) Triacs
The T16M35T600B(LS) is a silicon bidirectional thyristor (TRIAC) designed for high-power switching applications. It offers a blocking voltage of up to 600V and an on-state current rating of 16 Amperes RMS. This device minimizes the need for snubber networks, simplifying circuit design and reducing component count. Its high surge current capability of 150 Amperes and glass-passivated junctions ensure reliability and uniformity. The TRIAC operates in three quadrants (Q1, Q2, and Q3) and is manufactured with a lead-free finish, complying with RoHS standards. It is also a "Green" device, free from Halogen and Antimony.
