Industrial DIOTEC EM518 recovery rectifier diode with one ampere forward current and low voltage drop
Product Overview
The 1N4001 to 1N4007, 1N4007-13, and EM513 to EM518 series are standard recovery rectifier diodes designed for 50/60 Hz mains rectification, power supplies, and polarity protection in commercial and industrial applications. These diodes offer repetitive peak reverse voltage ratings up to 2000 V, a maximum average forward rectified current of 1 A, and a low forward voltage drop of less than 1.1 V. They are compliant with RoHS (exemption 7a), REACH, and Conflict Minerals regulations. Special grades are available, indicated by 1N400xGP/-Q/-AQ.
