The RGP02 series are fast recovery voltage rectifier diodes designed for high voltage applications. Featuring glass passivated junctions, high current and surge current capabilities, and low reverse current, these diodes offer high reliability and efficiency. Their fast switching characteristics make them ideal for power supply and high-frequency applications. They are Pb/RoHS free and housed in a DO-41 molded plastic package.
