Product Overview
The GR2803L is a 20V, 500mA Darlington transistor array featuring eight NPN Darlington pairs with high-voltage outputs and common-cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. Each pair has a 500mA collector current rating and can be paralleled for higher current capability. The device includes a 2.7k series base resistor for each pair, enabling direct operation with TTL or 5V CMOS devices. Applications include relay drivers, hammer drivers, lamp drivers, display drivers, line drivers, and logic buffers.
