The IM393-M6E is a 10A, 600V Integrated Power Hybrid IC with Open Emitter pins designed for advanced Appliance Motor Drives applications, including energy-efficient fans and pumps. This Infineon technology offers a compact, high-performance AC motor driver in a single isolated package, simplifying design. It combines Infineon's low VCE(on) Trench IGBT technology with an industry-benchmark 3-phase high-voltage, high-speed driver (3.3V compatible). Features include integrated gate drivers, bootstrap function, temperature monitor, protection shutdown pin, under-voltage lockout, matched propagation delays, Schmitt-triggered input logic, cross-conduction prevention, and a dual-in-line package with full transfer mold for isolation.
