Intelligent Power Module (IPM) - SPE15S60F-E

The SPE15S60F-E is a 600V/15A three-phase inverter Intelligent Power Module (IPM) featuring low-loss trench gate-field stop IGBTs. It is designed for applications such as refrigerator compressors, air-conditioning compressors, low power inverters, and industrial sewing machines. Key features include integrated bootstrap diodes, high-speed 600V level conversion for IGBT drive, and comprehensive protection functions including under-voltage, short-circuit (overcurrent), and over-temperature protection. The module also provides a fault signal output and is compatible with 3.3V & 5V input signals.
