The ULBF508 thru ULBF510 series are 5A surface mount bridge rectifiers designed for high-performance applications. They offer a high surge current capability and are optimized for surface mount designs. These rectifiers are suitable for single-phase half-wave 60 Hz applications with resistive or inductive loads, with a derating for capacitive loads. They are available with reverse voltages of 800V and 1000V.
