The IM241 Series CIPOS Micro Intelligent Power Module (IPM) is a 600V, 3-phase inverter designed for high-efficiency appliance motor drives, such as fans and pumps. It offers options for both fast and slow speeds, enabling low loss and low EMI operation respectively. Key features include integrated gate drivers, reverse conducting IGBT Gen 2 optimized for motor drives, temperature monitoring, accurate overcurrent shutdown, fault reporting, and advanced input filtering with shoot-through protection. The module is suitable for industrial applications and offers 3.3V logic compatibility with an isolation rating of 2000VRMS.
