The MB1S through MB10S series are 0.8A surface mount glass-passivated bridge rectifiers designed for various applications requiring high surge current capability and reliable performance. These rectifiers offer a junction reverse voltage range from 100V to 1000V and are suitable for single-phase half-wave 60Hz applications with resistive or inductive loads. For capacitive loads, a 20% derating is recommended.
