The MUR15H60L is a HYPERFAST RECTIFIER featuring ultrafast recovery times and low recovery loss, low forward voltage, and low reverse leakage current. It is specifically designed to improve the efficiency of PFC and output rectification stages in EV/HEV battery charging stations, booster stages of solar inverters, and UPS applications. These devices are perfectly matched for operation with MOSFETs or high-speed IGBTs.
