These rectifiers feature a low-profile package with built-in strain relief, making them ideal for automated placement and easy pick-and-place operations. They offer super-fast recovery times for high efficiency and are suitable for high-temperature soldering up to 260 for 10 seconds. These rectifiers meet MSL level 1 and are packed in 12mm tape per EIA STD RS-481.
