The TRR-JX SF61G thru SF68G series are Superfast Recovery Rectifiers featuring high surge capability, low forward voltage, and high current capability. They are hermetically sealed with low leakage and glass passivated chip junctions. These rectifiers exceed environmental standards of MIL-S-19500/228 and have UL 94V-O rate flame retardant epoxy with axial leads solderable per MIL-STD-202.
