The SB1045L is a 10.0A Schottky Barrier Rectifier featuring Patented Super Barrier Rectifier Technology. It offers excellent high temperature stability, ultra low power loss, high efficiency, and high forward surge capability. Designed with a TO-277 molded plastic package, it is suitable for bypass diodes in solar panels. The device boasts high thermal reliability and a maximum junction temperature of 200C.
