This series of Surface Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifiers offers a range of reverse voltages from 20 to 200 Volts and a forward current of 1.0 Ampere. Designed for high efficiency and low power loss, these rectifiers feature a metal silicon junction with majority carrier conduction. They are ideal for automated placement due to built-in strain relief and offer high forward surge current capability. The JEDEC SMA molded plastic body is flame retardant (UL 94V-0), and the leads are solderable per MIL-STD-750, Method 2026. Suitable for surface mounted applications, these rectifiers provide reliable performance in various electronic circuits.
