Featuring glass passivation for enhanced reliability and a molded plastic construction with UL flammability classification 94V-0, these rectifiers are ideal for printed circuit board mounting. They offer a reverse voltage range from 100 to 1000 Volts and a forward current of 15 Amperes, with a surge overload rating of 200 amperes peak.
