The ES2A thru ES2J series are surface mount super fast recovery rectifiers designed for high-speed switching applications. They feature a glass passivated chip for enhanced performance, low forward voltage drop, low leakage current, and high forward surge capability. These rectifiers are suitable for high-temperature soldering and comply with ROHS and WEEE directives.
