The MUR1505 THRU MUR1560 series is a 15A Super Fast Barrier Rectifier designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters. It features low power loss, high efficiency, and high surge capability due to its metal silicon junction and majority carrier conduction. The rectifiers offer high current capability and low forward voltage drop, with a guard ring for over-voltage protection. They are housed in a TO-220AC package with a copper base plate and plastic shell, meeting UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, and are Halogen-free, RoHS-compliant.
