The UF1001 thru UF1006 series are 10A Super Fast Barrier Rectifiers designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters. Featuring low power loss, high efficiency, and high surge capability, these rectifiers utilize metal silicon junction with majority carrier conduction for high current capability and low forward voltage drop. A guard ring provides over-voltage protection.
