The US3AB thru US3MB series are surface mount high efficiency rectifiers designed for applications requiring fast recovery, low forward voltage drop, and high surge capability. These glass passivated chip rectifiers offer excellent performance with a current rating of 3.0 Amperes and voltage ranges from 50 to 1000 Volts. They are suitable for general purpose rectification in consumer electronics, power supplies, and industrial equipment.
