The M1F thru M7F series are surface mount glass passivated standard rectifiers designed for general purpose applications. They feature a low forward voltage drop, low leakage current, and high forward surge capability, making them suitable for use in various electronic equipment. These rectifiers are capable of handling voltages from 50 to 1000 Volts and a current of 1.0 Ampere, with high temperature soldering capabilities up to 260C.
