The DSI30-08A is a single diode standard rectifier featuring planar passivated chips for improved thermal behavior and very low leakage current. Its low forward voltage drop makes it suitable for main rectification in single and three-phase bridge configurations. This RoHS compliant component is housed in a standard TO-220 package, meeting UL 94V-0 flammability standards.
