Product Overview
The DPG30C300HB is a high-performance, low-loss, fast recovery diode featuring a common cathode configuration and HiPerFRED technology. It offers very short recovery times, improved thermal behavior, and very soft recovery characteristics, contributing to reduced power dissipation and turn-on losses in commutating switches. This diode is ideal for use as an antiparallel diode for high-frequency switching devices, antisaturation diode, snubber diode, and freewheeling diode. It is also suitable for rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
