The IXYS MCC 95 and MCD 95 series are Thyristor/Diode Modules designed for various power control applications. These modules offer space and weight savings, simple mounting, improved temperature and power cycling, and reduced protection circuits. They are ideal for DC motor control, softstart AC motor controllers, and light, heat, and temperature control systems.
