The GBJ25005 thru GBJ2510 series are glass-passivated bridge rectifiers designed for applications requiring reverse voltages from 50 to 1000 Volts and a forward current of 25.0 Amperes. These rectifiers are ideal for printed circuit board mounting, offering reliable, low-cost construction using a molded plastic technique. The plastic material has a UL flammability classification of 94V-0. They can be mounted in any position and are suitable for a wide range of power supply and rectification applications.
