Key features include glass-passivated junctions for enhanced parameter uniformity and stability, a small and rugged Thermowatt construction for low thermal resistance and high heat dissipation, and blocking voltages up to 800 Volts. They offer a surge current capability of 300 A and are available in Pb-free packages. Applications include motor controls, heating controls, and power supply crowbar circuits.
